David Holt
General Manager, Contractor University | HVAC Distributor University

David Holt is the General Manager of EGIA Contractor University, where he leads daily operations and sets the strategic direction for the industry’s leading training platform for contracting businesses. He oversees curriculum development, manages a team of expert trainers, and builds key partnerships with top HVAC manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers.

David brings nearly 40 years of HVAC experience, starting at his grandfather’s shop and later founding one of the first DOS-based service management software programs. He served as president of his family’s HVAC business, sat on ACCA’s national board, and held leadership roles with Comfort Institute, Profit Strategies, National Comfort Institute, and SilverBullet Price Page.

He holds a Business Management degree from the University of Georgia, with a focus in Management Information Systems.

Bob Larkin
Business Coach, Contractor University

Bob is a lifelong industry professional, with experience in all aspects of the HVAC industry. Bob grew up in the business working for the family heating and air company at a young age. He since held management and sales positions with several major manufacturers and distributors, focusing on growing sales by growing his customers businesses. He has also owned two HVAC contracting businesses, selling one to a fortune 100 company.

Bob has worked and consulted with literally thousands of HVAC contractors and has a drive to help contractors grow their business and achieve their goals

Alumnus of the University of Georgia and holds a non-restricted conditioned air license in the state of Georgia.

Tim’s expertise extends to orchestrating the multifaceted operations of a multi-site enterprise and successfully nurturing the growth of his own multi-site business.

His educational background includes business studies at Northwood University, certification as a Leadership Coach, and successful completion of the Psychology of Leadership program at Cornell University. With his wealth of experience and credentials, Tim is a trusted guide for businesses seeking to thrive.
