Course Objective:

As a company begins to evolve and grow, owners and leadership teams can become distracted with new tactical issues that arise instead of focusing on the long-term health of their business. The big issues can be tabled as we spend too much time in the forest, rather than above the forest. Planning, while acknowledged as key to high performance, becomes de-prioritized.

There are no magic spells or pixie dust to solve the problems that arise, yet we can as a leadership team work to minimize the effects of urgent crises and day-to-day issues. It becomes a process if we treat it as a process.

Join us April 18th for a complimentary educational webinar that discusses how to plan for scaling and expansion, including strategies for developing a leadership team, a managerial team and an overall company planning structure that promotes sustained success. Contractors will walk away with the tools they need to establish a plan for creating a company culture of leadership and performance.
