Course Objective:
As a company begins to evolve and grow, owners and leadership teams can become distracted with new tactical issues that arise instead of focusing on the long-term health of their business. The big issues can be tabled as we spend too much time in the forest, rather than above the forest. Planning, while acknowledged as key to high performance, becomes de-prioritized.
There are no magic spells or pixie dust to solve the problems that arise, yet we can as a leadership team work to minimize the effects of urgent crises and day-to-day issues. It becomes a process if we treat it as a process.
