Virtual Workshop

Agenda

1:00PM – 5:00PM EASTERN (10:00AM - 2:00PM PACIFIC)

What Do My Financials Really Mean?

Every day, or even every week, we look at our sales on the screen to see how we’re doing — but we look only at sales and nothing else. The real picture of growth and profit lives in your balance sheet and profit and loss statement, which is what tells you whether you’re spending too much or your pricing is off.

In this workshop, we’ll go through both the balance sheet and the P&L to understand what matters and what you need to be looking at every month. There are only about a half-dozen key values that determine whether you make or lose money, and we’ll even compare yours against industry standards. If you’re going to change your pricing every six months, you have to understand the costs and profitability of your company. Join us for a great workshop, and don’t forget to bring your current financials.

Key Takeaways:

  • The half-dozen numbers on your financials that actually determine profit or loss
  • How to read your balance sheet and P&L instead of watching sales alone
  • What to review every month to stay on top of profitability
  • How your numbers stack up against HVAC industry standards
  • Why knowing your real costs is the foundation for smart pricing

Who Should Attend:

Owners, managers, accounting personnel, office manager.
