Course Objective:
When a prospective or existing customer reaches out to your company, they are raising their hand and asking for help. Companies have limited resources to provide a world-class experience, and warm weather will test the limits of your people and processes. Stretching those resources typically results in poorer customer experiences, which can ultimately harm your brand reputation.
Plan ahead to optimize your opportunities this summer. Workload increases when temperatures rise, so have protocols in place to triage incoming calls and serve clients, customers, and prospects in that order. Have a scoring system in place to secure the highest-probability opportunities, since you may not be able to serve everyone. Use your people, processes, and tools to streamline your approach in the home and effectively communicate your value.
Join Drew Cameron for a masterclass on prioritizing your incoming opportunities to maximize sales this summer. Just because the calendar flips or the thermostat rises above 80°F does not mean the customer or coworker experience should change, let alone suffer. Go into the busy season organized, prepared, and ready to make the most of every opportunity that comes your way.
