Join Contractor University’s team of experienced and accomplished business coaches in this live interactive group meeting exclusively for Contractor University members. Drawing on their decades of experience in nearly every role in the contracting industry, our Coaches will begin this session by providing their thoughts, insights and guidance on the most crucial issues impacting the industry at the present moment – before transitioning to an open-forum Q&A segment to ensure attendees get answers to their burning questions.

This month’s session will begin with a discussion on critical slow season business strategies and what contractors can do to mitigate the seasonal downturn in profitability that traditionally plagues contracting businesses during the mild-weathered Fall months.
