Service Agreement Success - The Lifeblood of Contracting Businesses

Your service agreement program is one of the most crucial marketing activities you’ll engage in as a contractor. It takes some understanding and nuance to build and price it correctly. But once it’s established, it can be a source of perpetual revenue throughout the year and eliminate much of your seasonal fluctuations.

In this virtual workshop, we will provide necessary structure and guidance to implement and execute a top performing service agreement process, including the forms and other materials that you’ll need. We will also discuss how to control and ensure profitable growth and generate quality leads.

Attendees will learn:

  • Planning, pricing, implementation, and marketing materials for a successful service agreement program
  • Compensation plans and incentives for service agreements
  • Goal-setting for technicians on service agreements
  • Marketing strategies to target zones and existing customers
  • Proven metrics around the service agreement model
  • Scheduling procedures
  • Company culture needed to support the service agreement plan
